35 an hour $10,000 Sign On Bonus Seeking a professional with at least 3 years of experience working in the HCBS and ICF.

The right candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years experience in Program Coordination or Case Management.
Applicant will need a working knowledge of the needs and services of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This includes Federal, State, Medicaid and MCO requirements.
This person will implement and train on policies and procedures that ensure compliance with requirements, will coordinate and monitor a system that audits for compliance and high quality standards, will compile information and create monthly reports, and will stay current with person centered planning services through ongoing education.
This person will act as an Administrator for electronic health record, and assist with state required assessment tools.
This is a 40 hour per week position on site to ensure an adequate team approach, and professional level of written and verbal communication skills are a must.
