The Production Team Member works as a part of a team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors.
The operator's assigned team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.
What is the job? Ability to move to different lines and responsibilities.
Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
Able to safely work with and around moving equipment.
Ability to learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions.
Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
Days/Hours 1st shift (8 hours) 7:

to 3:
10 p.
m.
Overtime is at beginning of shift so 10 hour day begins at 5 a.
m.
, 9 hour day begins at 6 a.
m.
2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3:
00 PM to 11:
10 PM 8 Hours Overtime is at the end of shift.
10 hr shift ends at 1:
10 AM and 9 hour shift ends at 12:
10 AM Qualifications Pass pre-employment tests, as required.
Pass the pre-work ability screen, as required.
Must be able to lift 40-80 lbs.
