LOAN DOCUMENT PREPARATION AND IMAGING ASSISTANT POSITION SUMMARYLoan Document Preparation and Imaging Assistant is responsible for performing all the functions and processes of preparing compliant loan documents and document imaging while maintaining the quality of the bank's electronic loan documentation.

LOAN DOCUMENT PREPARATION AND IMAGING ASSISTANT PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESPrepare loan documents accurately and efficiently Fund loansImaging and indexing of appropriate documents for the bank's imaging systemAnswer questions for co-workers in written form, by telephone, or in person pertaining to electronic files and preparing loan documentsMaintain accurate and compliant electronic image files for customersSeparate and index all scanned documents in a timely mannerCheck images for accuracy and quality of imageMaintain document imaging system for efficiency, organization, and accuracyControl documentation for all loan typesLOAN DOCUMENT PREPARATION AND IMAGING ASSISTANT ROLE
Qualifications:
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperienceAccounting or banking experience preferredOther Skills and AbilitiesWorking knowledge of all lending and imaging software, with the ability to do updates and troubleshoot programsProficient in the use of imaging softwareStrong attention to detailUnderstands computer and other equipment capabilities and limitationsAbility to learn and retain a complex variety of information related to loan policies and procedures Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to function well in a fast-paced environmentMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationPM21PIaf5be51dca24-29952-33741682Salary:
