19 40 hours per week Day Hours Mon - Fri, no Weekends $2,000 Sign On Bonus with this position! The Connections Day Hab Program is looking for full-time community integration coaches.
Applicants must be energetic, flexible, creative, and work as a team player.
This position provides community services to individuals and assists them in being successful and accomplishing their individual program objectives.
The Community Integration position assists and incorporates activities to enhance individuals' physical, intellectual, and emotional development, daily living activities, and social skills through community inclusion.
Applicants must be computer literate and able to provide accurate documentation.
Requirements include:
a good driving record and being able to obtain or have a Chauffeur's license and New Hope Med Manager Certification.
High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic calculations.
Must have and maintain a good driving record and be insurable.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
