Main Purpose of Job
This position designs, implements & evaluates, in conjunction with the Rehabilitation Services Staff, Clinical Director , Chief Executive Officer and our customers, an accessible rehabilitation program that is flexible , culturally competent, research & expert based, and is responsive to the patients, their families and the communities identified needs. Carries the responsibility for the coordination and overall direction of the Rehabilitation Services Department. Carries out this role in coordination with the Clinical Director and the Chief Executive Officer. Supports the mission of the organization through active participation in clinical efforts to provide treatment in a recovery-oriented environment. The foundation of a recovery-oriented environment is respect and a commitment to safety in the least restrictive manner possible.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess a current Maryland license as an Occupational Therapist from the applicable Maryland Board. They must have 5 years of Occupational Therapy experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience. A Masters degree in Occupational Therapy will substitute for two years of general experience
SELECTION PROCESS
This is a Management Service position, and serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority. A resume must accompany your application.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
